Background Project

This project was fun to do because I never spend time on backgrounds, and this kind of forced me to take the time to do them well.
Here you see the sketches for my first background: the kitchen.

Sticky Situation

We had some spare time so we decided to make a quick animation.
We rock. \o/

My 3D Walk

I got my 3D walk done Yay! \o/
After several attempts I finally managed to make a walk that's similar to my own walk.
It was tricky to get it not to look like a robot and making the arms and hips sway right.
I'm actually quite pleased with this one because it makes me feel like I'm making progress when it comes to using Maya.

2D Walk Cycle

This is my second 2D walk cycle and I think it worked out well.
After failing a couple of times I finally got it to look a bit like my own walk.
I think it would look a bit more smoother if I put in some more frames, and I'll keep that in mind in the future.

3D Burt Walking

Here's my first attempt of a walk scene using Maya:

2D Walk Cycle

Moving on from Mr Cubey to something more different – Walk cycles.

They’re fun to do, but tricky. Making the walk look right is not as easy as it sounds.
